I didn’t get up until about 6:40 am and somehow it’s not too early enough if I want to be in the office no later than 9 am. I don’t know what I spent all that time doing. Seemed like making breakfast and preparing lunch took too much time.

I have to figure out how to do this better. Early mornings are my favorite time of the day, when I can get up and it’s still quiet. Feels like the world is still asleep.

My food story for today was the following:

BREAKFAST smoothie with
Banana
Melon
Pineapple
Papaya
Romaine lettuce

1 fried egg on half a toast
Avocado

Black coffee

LUNCH SALAD with
Romaine lettuce
Arugula lettuce
Tomato
Cucumber
Chick peas
Lima beans
Oil, sesame & vinegar dressing

Half a cup of coffee (black) and a cup of green tea with Stevia.

DINNER SALAD with
Romaine lettuce
Arugula lettuce
Tomato
Cucumber
Chicken

THIS IS NOT ENOUGH FOOD.

I feel like I should’ve had 1-2 snacks, but I forgot to prepare it this morning. I feel like I need to have an emergency HEALTHY snack drawer at the office.

You know, just in case.
