The Hormone Reset Diet Day 1 (again)

Dinner in New York – goat cheese salad, then pasta…and wine!

Today is day 1 – again.

I started this diet about 2 weeks ago, but then Hurricane Irma came along. Then Anders and I went to New York. Then I blew the diet.

Oops!

It’s not like I’m surprised that it happened. I’m honestly terrible at being on a diet because I’m terrible at sticking to them.

During the first week (or so) I did lose 3 lbs. I gained 1 lb back in New York, so I’m still good. I’m still motivated to pick up again and continue. Life is nothing but a series of steps, right? Sometimes, we take a step forward. Sometimes, we take a step back.

So, here I go…again.

Day 1 of the diet and I’m feeling good.

Phase 1 is meatless, i.e. no red meat and no alcohol.
