This is totally not working for me. The timing on this diet is off – completely off.
This is the 2nd time in a month that I’m breaking the diet because I’m traveling, staying in a hotel, eating out every day and generally just finding it impossible to stick with the program…even though I don’t think I’ve been eating that badly (this time).
I haven’t really been into it to begin with. I think that I either need to go back to counting calories (using the My Fitness Pal App), but that’s probably even harder especially when traveling.
Or I need to just stick with eating as clean as possible, eating less meat, drinking less alcohol, eating less sugar and exercising daily. To think of it, THIS is or was pretty much my lifestyle to begin with before I started the Hormone Reset Diet.
So what’s the problem? Why do I constantly gain weight and why am I technically overweight? I really can’t figure it out.
Diet-wise, I am in the midst of a crisis because this just isn’t working for me.
