Ok, I feel better today but I’m still so tired. My brain feels foggy (or fried) even though the pain itself has gone.
So I was able to do some chores during the day (while I still had energy).
I hate migraines. I hate hangovers. But I love wine…so, what’s a person to do? I am seriously considering adopting a “1 glass” policy when it comes to wine…and a NORMAL sized glass. Not one of those “Big Karl”glasses that you can see online. 1 normal glass of wine, i.e. 4-6 oz. Period. Let me just play with this thought for a while to see how it feels.
Today’s chores included:
- Grocery shopping
- Meal prepping (without counting calories…I feel like I need to shed the training wheels)
- Cleaning up the desk in my bedroom
…and then, miraculously, I picked up a book and started reading again after my 45-day reading hiatus.
