It’s Monday, I’m back to work at the office and my inbox is practically exploding with emails.
There only one thing to do in this case: Dive in, claw my way through every single one and hope I make it out alive. I was so good at keeping my emails organized and replying while I was traveling, but something must have happened these last 2 days…
I get distracted easily. I get overwhelmed easily and find myself constantly battling between wanting to procrastinate and feeling guilty because of it.
Step by step, I will get through this and come out stronger in the other side.
I’m also back to eating a meatless meal a day (for lunch). I feel like I’ve eaten so much food the past 2 weeks, so it’s really nice to get back to eating normally and most of all to eating less. A lot less.
