This is my first try at making a smoothie bowl. Although the color is a little OFF, it does taste really good!
Banana (1-2 frozen)
Papaya (about a cup)
Romaine lettuce (a handful)
Almond milk (about a cup)
Hemp seeds (about a tbsp)
Pumpkin seeds (about a tbsp)
I didn’t really measure everything (it’s too much work!). I just added the amount I thought would be good and that would fit into my Nutribullet blender cup (the large one).
This smoothie kept me full for just over 3 hrs…
