#141 – What I Ate This Morning

We’re having our master bathroom renovated and it’s taking forever! It’s been over a week already and they’re still not done…but they’re working on it!After spending all last week working out of the house (and going slightly crazy), it’s nice to get back to the office. We’re taking turns at being away from the house. I leave in the morning and go home around 1 pm, so Mr. A can get out in the afternoon.

It’s crazy!

I got up this morning LATE and the sky was practically on fire! I have the best view of the sunrise from the spare bedroom at our house, which I’m currently using as my workout space. Today I didn’t work out, though. I guess, I haven’t been sleeping 100% because I’m often really tired when I wake up in the morning. So, I just watched the sunrise and did maybe 10 minutes of yoga…sun salutations. Note to self: I need to get more into yoga!

I made another breakfast smoothie bowl and FINALLY for the bright, bold color that I was longing for…

This one had:

  • Banana (1-2)
  • Melon (a few slices)
  • Beetroot (raw, 1 small)
  • Hemp seeds (about 1 tbsp)
  • Almond milk (about 1 cup)
  • Sunflower seeds (about 1 tbsp)

Topping: Coconut

I just had a snack at the office…a few whole grain crackers with homemade hummus. Delicious!
