Arugula, Romaine & Matcha Smoothie Bowl

Today’s green smoothie bowl had…

  • Banana (2 small)
  • Melon (a few slices)
  • Cucumber (about half without the seeds)
  • Pumpkin seeds (about 1 tbsp)
  • Lime juice
  • Arugula (about a handful)
  • Romaine lettuce (about a handful)
  • Dates (about 1 tbsp)
  • Matcha powder (about 1 tsp)
  • A dash of almond milk
  • Water

Blended until smooth (I had to add more banana because it was a little too thin) and topped with pumpkin seeds, coconut and dates. This tasted so good, and I could really taste the arugula.
