Zapote – Beetroot Smoothie Bowl

MORNING SMOOTHIE BOWL:

  • Zapote fruit (half)
  • Banana (2 small)
  • Cucumber (half, no seeds)
  • Beetroot (half, raw)
  • Chia seeds (1 tbsp) soaked overnight in unsweetened rice milk (about 1 cup)

Blended until smooth and topped with coconut. Amazing!
