This bright pink/red smoothie juice turned out to be incredibly refreshing…and filling!
- Banana (1 medium)
- Beetroot (half, raw)
- Papaya (about 1 cup)
- Orange juice squeezed from 2 oranges
I used a NutriBullet, added everything in the large blender cup and filled it with water until the MAX line.
You can add as much water as you like to get the right texture.
I guess this would work well as a smoothie bowl, adding e.g. more banana and milk of your choice instead of water…or just sticking with water.
Of course, you could also add “boosters” like hemp seed, flax seed, seeds, etc.
