#152 – Back to Nature

It’s Saturday morning (windy as hell) and I got up and went for a wonderful 45-minute morning walk around the neighborhood. Today was the first time since I started walking again (every weekend) that I hadn’t felt any pain in my hips. Could it be that my body simply needed to get used to walking again?

I walked for 48:59 minutes – 4.39 kilometers. It’s not super fast, nor super slow…but just right.

Our friends have been staying with us for a few days, but today they’re heading home again. It was nice to have them for a short while and now we’re back to just being the 2 of us…
