Papaya – Cauliflower Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie bowl is incredibly filling and had a really nice, sweet and subtle taste.

  • Banana (about 2 medium)
  • Papaya (about half of a entire fruit)
  • Cauliflower, cooked (a large handful)
  • Juice from half a lime
  • Almond-coconut milk, unsweetened (about half a cup)

Blend until smooth and thick/creamy, pour in your favorite bowl and top with a few slices of papaya, sunflower seeds, chopped almonds and a sprinkle of coconut.

Yummy!
