#164 – Papaya & Passion Smoothie Bowl

This delicious smoothie bowl is sweet and tangy…and loaded with vitamin C! Just 100 grams of Papaya has 100% of the vitamin C you need in a day. 100 grams of passion fruit adds another 50% of vitamin C and 100 grams of cauliflower also have a lot of vitamin C. Both passion fruit and papaya are also rich in vitamin A. This amazing smoothie has:

  • Papaya
  • Passion fruit
  • Banana
  • Cauliflower
  • Almond milk
  • Topped with coconut and passion fruit
